“This has helped me communicate so much better with my boyfriend who is a fearful avoidant. I have an anxious attachment style. While I don't have the typical issues with texting that this attachment style has, I struggle with those anxious thoughts. This app has helped me understand his attachment style, what he needs, and how to effectively communicate. It has also helped me calm down with the pulse reads and insights! I definitely recommend this app to anyone who is new to dating or in a relationship! ❤️”
